Almost 150 members and guests attended the club’s traditional winter Carnival pipeopener, the BTC Luncheon, at Tatts on May 11.
Guest speakers Chris Anderson and Paul Messara provided interesting and entertaining insights into their careers in rugby league and racing.
Tatts provided their usual standard of service, food and beverages and a large number who attended the function later adjourned to the members’ bar to continue the camaradrie.The raffle proceeds were $3,210 and many thanks to all who purchased tickets on the day. Thanks also to member Norris Coughlan who donated a Canon camera for use in conjunction with the club website.
